The Central Office for House Coordinates, Building Polygons, 3D Building Model und Land Parcel Information (ZSHH) established at the Agency for Digitisation, High-Speed Interet and Surveying in Munich, brings together over 23 million official house coordinates (HK-DE), around 59 million official building polygons (HU-DE), around 54 million official land parcels (FS-DE) and approximately 58 million official 3D building models at ‘Level of Detail’ 2 (LoD2-DE). It provides users with centralised access to the nationwide datasets held by the surveying authorities of all federal states, subject to standardised fees and licences, quality-assured and in a nationally standardised data format.
