Stonex Integrated Monitoring Solutions: from sensors to decision-making
Stonex provides advanced monitoring solutions for structural, geotechnical and environmental applications, supporting reliable and continuous assessment of infrastructure behaviour over time. Stonex monitoring systems is based on Robotic Total Stations and GNSS receivers, enabling high-precision data acquisition for long-term deformation and stability analysis.
Total Station solutions ensure millimetric accuracy for detecting structural movements, making them ideal for localized and high-precision monitoring scenarios. GNSS systems provide continuous, global positioning capabilities, enabling large-scale and long-range monitoring applications.
Both technologies can operate in automated or scheduled modes and are designed for long-term deployments, ensuring robust data continuity and reliability.
All monitoring data are managed through the Cube-h²⁴ software suite, which enables real-time visualization, centralized data management, historical data archiving and advanced analysis. Customizable alert systems allow users to define thresholds and receive immediate notifications in case of critical events.
The Stonex monitoring ecosystem is designed to support decision-making processes, reduce operational risks and optimize maintenance strategies across infrastructures such as bridges, tunnels, dams and construction sites.
